Andres Cubero Martinez is a project manager with 4 years of experience using both Waterfall and Agil methodologies on industries such as finance, IT Asset management and marketing fields. As well he has over 10 years of Share services industry exposure, which involves handling teams, leadership positions, process improvement and lean six sigma . Part of his accomplishments include successfully migrating several projects during their full life cycle until the implement process transition from USA to Costa Rica.
