PRUMISA - Chief of Marketing and Trade Marketing / December 2022 - December 2024.
Prumisa specializes in OTC diagnostic products for pharmacies, mass consumption products in supermarkets and B2B sales. As the head of marketing, I lead a team responsible for digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, print material design, product packaging, and audio-visual productions. I’m also in charge of ensuring the correct implementation of the brand and promoting the sale of the product at the point of sale.
Key activities
- Develop, implement and follow up of the budget and the marketing and sales strategies for each brand by channel and by country.
- Led the marketing team (designers and CM), also the IT dept.
- Trade marketing. Coordination and implementation for Costa Rica and Central America (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, and Nicaragua). Thanks to the work I did with marketing, I assumed the trade marketing function (before there was no TM figure as such). And some functions of the commercial manager. Budget administration, execution and compliance. Planning and Negotiations with POS for promotions.
- Brand manager of 13 OTC products.
- Traditional marketing (TV, radio, outdoor advertising). I personally negotiated packages.
- Amazon store strategy, budget, implementation and trade marketing.
- I also serve as the project supervisor for the IT department.
Key accomplishments:
- I settled the basis for the creation and follow up of marketing and sales strategies for each brand. Through a protocol that involved several departments, sales, commercial and marketing.
- I made the marketing department much more efficient and improved productivity and reduced costs significantly.
- Saved 20% of the budget in the 1st year by negotiating with suppliers and department improvement.
- 3x more of Productivity.
- Maintained all point of sale material updated.
- I increased ecommerce sales on Amazon by 2900% in 1 year and a half. I also improved profit by 1400% through a strong operational improvement.
GLIDEWELL LABORATORIES - LATAM Marketing and Sales Coordinator / March 2020 to December 2022 (left for a better opportunity at Prumisa)
Glidewell is the largest dental laboratory globally.

- Creating and implementing sales strategies.

BAUM DIGITAL AND LEALTO - Sales and Marketing Manager / January 2018 to December 2018 (left due to a fraudulent job offer)
Baum is a digital marketing agency, and Lealto is a SaaS company. I directed marketing and sales efforts, focusing on products such as chatbots, websites, and apps. Additionally, I served as the Senior Strategist for VIP brands across various industries, including real estate, education, tourism, and retail.

- Established strategic partnerships with other digital agencies to expand service offerings and increase sales.
- Developed products targeting untapped markets, such as corporate and e-commerce website templates.
VIVE INMOBILIARIA - Marketing and Sales Manager / January 2017 to December 2017 (left due to company closure)
At Vive Inmobiliaria, I spearheaded marketing and sales strategies for real estate projects. Utilizing inbound marketing and NeuroMarketing techniques, I managed the sales team and implemented BTL, ATL, and digital marketing campaigns.
