I have also taken charge of bug identification and reporting, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues. In addition to this, I have extensive experience in programming and automation using tools like Selenium and Protractor, working with various programming languages such as Java, C#, and JavaScript. I have also had the privilege of leading QA teams and overseeing large-scale projects involving the migration of manual test cases to automated testing. Prior to pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering at Fidelitas University, I obtained a Technical Diploma in Software Development. Throughout my three years of university studies, I focused on expanding my knowledge in key areas of computer science, including programming, software architecture, networks, and operating systems. My specialization has been in the field of automation, with a particular emphasis on utilizing tools like Selenium and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
