• Data management: provide a data management service to all end users within America and Europe by creating and maintaining a variety of data records in SAP, ensure all master data requests (creation and maintenance) are processed within predefined timelines, formats and procedures, certify that all internal queries/issues relating to master data are resolved, ensure that all master documents are accurate and up-to-date, customer creation (DPL check, Sold-to, Ship-to, Bill-to, Territories, 1 time Patient Sales, Freight forwarders, Banks), material creation, customer Material Info Records, Material Determination (used for EDI (Electronic Data Interface) by maintaining a link between Allergan material and special code that allows customer to order electronically), Pricing, VAT, sales realignment.

• Technical Administration: Use existing programs/reports to action and validate mass data changes and generate master reports/listings for internal Data Base Administration use and for our customers.

• Projects: involved in all projects that need changes or new line product in SAP. All projects that include Pharmaceutical, Skin Care, Botox, Eye Drops, Filler, Breast, or Health processes. Maintaining Materials Master Data, BOMs, Cross Reference and other conditions for go live.
