My career includes 7 years of experience in tech support, where I have acquired solid skills in different technologies. My approach focuses on creative problem solving and developing innovative solutions to meet user and business needs.
As an IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and innovation, my journey began at DXC Technology where I started as a contractor and transitioned into a full-time role. There, I honed my skills in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for Windows environments, while also gaining a deep understanding of Active Directory administration. My commitment to excellence led me to VMware, where I currently thrive in managing the administration and troubleshooting of diverse server-based applications such as Horizon, Workspace, and Fusion.
Additionally, my experience in sales has equipped me with a unique perspective on customer needs and a drive to exceed expectations, making for a seamless transition into the technology sector.
