Identity and Access Management Specialist
Create new hires' accounts, grant permissions on different applications, folders, inboxes, have onboarding meetings with them to make sure all accesses created are working fine, help them to change the provisional password to a new one that meets the security requirements and additionally I help them with MultiFactor Authentication set up. Create accounts for current employees when a new access is needed, grant them permissions on applications, folders and inboxes needed.
Help current employees resetting their passwords following a security procedure to make sure the person asking for the password reset is the real owner of the profile/account and is a current employee in the company.
As part of an initiative the team has, I created audiovisual resources with the different processes with the purpose of having an easy way to see how a specific account is created.
Work with multiple teams in different departments to find the best approach or solution for a specific request or task we are working on and keep the requester updated with the steps and teams involved.
Azure Identity Support Engineer Stage 2
Provided assistance to end customer about how to implement Azure cloud solutions related to identity management; by providing information or troubleshooting Azure products that did not work as expected.
