• Review and approval of the final report of test performance results for production, components, and raw material release according ANPQP, APQP, MSA, PPAP, SPC, CCQ and customer standard & specifications. Manage laboratory investigations which may include OOS, NCMR, CAPA, out of tolerance and Environmental monitoring out of alert/action.
• Realize troubleshooting and root cause analysis together with team of technicians and manager on equipment and processes not conforming to specifications.
• Execute qualification and validation activities and assure adherence to timeline and validation schedule. This involves protocol and report writing as well as actual execution of the qualifications/validations together with technicians for all the analytical equipment for the QC lab.Write and runs manufacturing validation protocols, test method validations and software validations among others.
• Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with customers regulatory standards and specifications.
• Generate and provide support in terms of statistics and quality engineering, including sampling plans, dimensional tolerances, inspection methodologies, GR&R analysis, validations, qualifications to other functional areas
