• Process mapping and development for/with automation anywhere, UiPath.
• Process mapping for machine learning (NLP

Natural Language Processing) in order to automate tasks with using tools like

FlexiCapture.

• Process mapping using visual paradigm.
• Quality Management experience, Self-driven analysis of systems, processes- and performance related to KPIs with the help of the applicable operational (RA-N, ZA-N, RA-OM,

ZAQ, ZAC team).

• Monitoring of Key branch KPIs to ensure levels of committed service are being achieved using different tools line business intelligence tool,

Scrum, Kanban, Jira, MS Projects Celonis, huddle boards, daily standup.

• Root cause analysis and support of the airfreight organization in regards to the operational KPIs.
• Knowledge in ITIL processes.
• Collaboration with training resources to ensure competency levels of staff is commensurate to needs.
• Evaluating and ensuring that appropriate infrastructure (FTEs) are in place for current execution and further business growth.
• Act as the direct responsible party ensuring that targets are being met for the area that they are representing.
