Manuel Alfaro

Accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience in a wide variety of areas from: production management, resource allocation, process improvement, process efficiency, industrial project management and industrial automation. Strong interest in continuing upscaling career in production and/or operations.

I have developed a traceable carrer working in several departments and processes in industry plants. Starting in floor technical positions as Electronics Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, thereafter I was responsible for high-level rebuilding, installing and setting up heavy machinery projects executed in Limón and Heredia. As an organic growth movement, I was in charge of projects and maintenance (industrial and facilities) for almost 3 years, when I got promoted to Production Manager, responsible for all of the manufacturing processes and operations with more than 200 employees and over 20.000 sq. meters of plant.

Electronics Engineer graduated from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica and developing my Graduation Project to become Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Management.

Recently got Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and pointing for Black Belt.

PLC Programming background and metrology basic as well.
