I am a Systems Engineer with experience in the analysis, development, and management of information technologies. I lead IT departments, managing infrastructure, networks, databases, and cybersecurity, as well as developing solutions with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and SQL to automate processes and improve decision-making. I have experience in data integration with Pentaho, server management (OpenMediaVault), technical support, firewall administration, and working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, always focusing on optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement of systems.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas, with prior technical training at Colegio Universitario de Cartago. I have studied English (level B2) and am currently in the process of obtaining CompTIA Security+ certification after completing a specialized cybersecurity bootcamp at Hawks Security Academy.
