My career continued in the QA department, where I perfected my analytical and evaluation skills, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the work. This set of experiences led me to assume the role of Recruitment Administrator, where I discovered my passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Currently, I work as a Recruitment Coordinator, leading strategic processes to attract the best professionals and contribute to the growth of the organization. Each step along this path has strengthened my skills and my commitment to excellence in recruitment and talent management.
