• Leading the development of 15 regular tours and over 50 private itineraries in 10 countries across Europe, America and Africa.
• Pricing Be Local´s products and creating a structure that allows the company to run tours within profit margins.
• Liaising and forging partnerships with suppliers in all the locations where tours are operated.
• Creating a sustainability framework for our tours and establishing a partnership with the Travel Foundation.
• Implementing operational guidelines that allowed a small start-up to run tours in Europe and Latin America and feature on Momondo´s Travel Guide.
• Recruiting and training new guides/hosts in several locations, as well as managing an existing team of 5 operations facilitators.

• Placing products within OTAs such as Responsible Travel and managing all aspects of Be Locals website.
