I'm a spirited entrepreneur by nature who loves technology. In terms of business, my field of expertise is graphic design, web design, front-end programming, digital marketing, copy writing and video editing.

I've worked for US based companies most of my life and for the last 8 years I've been a digital nomad working 100% remotely.

I'm a motivated self-starter who is passionate for just about anything that comes to mind whether if it's work related or of personal interest.

I'm a native English speaker yet fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I'm a strong believer that one must never surrender to conformity which is why I never stop learning new technologies.

• Duties: Process warranty cancellations, solve policy contract issues, request refund quotes, audit account inconsistencies, weekly and monthly reporting, attend SMS, email and chat media channels and campaigns, process payments, vehicle GPS tracking, technical troubleshooting, payment arrangements and more.

• Job Position:  Designer / Digital Marketing Associate
• Duties: Create static/dynamic WordPress sites, MySQL management, logos, site icons, banners, copywriting, installing Google & FB tracking pixels, blog content creation, designing dynamic quizzes and contact forms. A year later, I started recruiting, training and micromanaging.

• Job Positions:  Chat Support / Promotions Manager
• Duties: Initiated as a chat / email support rep the first five months. I then got promoted to Promotions Manager focusing on new leads and customer retention campaigns. Conducted quarterly surveys, created graphic designs and writing content. Gave Joomla CMS maintenance, ran mail campaigns, wrote press releases and translations. SEO monitoring, mailer opens, clicks, conversions and more.

• High School: Chronologically coursed in Costa Rica at Pan-American High School and Saint Margaret High School.
• University: Major in Advertisement Design at Veritas University Costa Rica.
• Academy: Certified LAN, SoHo and Wi-Fi specialist by “CNC” and accredited by INA.
• Online Tuition: Currently enrolled in several Udemy online short-term courses for front end programming, agile methodologies, data bases, public relations and more.
