I am an architect with two years of experience who has specialized in remodeling, extensions and interior design. During this time I have been in charge of the conceptualization of the project, the design process, renderings, budget and execution of the designed projects, which range from complete remodeling of a house, to the design of furniture for a kitchen or office space. I have a passion for good design, functional and with character, I have learned to conceptualize the client's needs and managed to execute them with good design.

I use Revit as the main drawing tool and twinmotion as a renderer, I use photoshop and illustrator, I have good skills in personnel management and customer service.

Independet Architect, 2021 - Actualidad

• In 2021 I decided to open my social media page to offer my architecture, remodeling and internal design services.
• During this time I have carried out projects from design, conceptualization, execution of plans, furniture work plans, site survey, budgets, coordination with suppliers, purchase of materials and project execution.
• Projects carried out include:
  • Internal design of kids room, custom furniture
  • Complete kitchen remodeling, from furniture design, work plans, construction execution.
  • Full house remodeling in Coronado, Design, purchase of materials, construction supervision, floor lifting, ceiling change, electromechanical changes, kitchen remodeling.
  • Landscape and terrace remodel and design, it is designed from scratch, plans, renderings and it is executed from landscaping to the construction of pergolas and structures.

Designer, Inside 2015-2022

• In charge of designing spaces for events
• Design Stands for Fairs, such as Expoconstrucción, from scratch the concept, plans, renders are designed. Coordinate with suppliers and builders for the execution of the project, budget the design, supervise its execution.
• Serve customers and listen to their space needs with a focus always on commercial design.

Retail Manager, Arista 2014-2015

• In charge of the department, I had the responsibility of hiring two sales advisors and training the sales team with strategies and directing them to the successful closing sales to guarantee meeting the established goal.
• I was in charge of the inventory and warehouse, the objective was to make the most of what was available for sale, a scrutiny of the inventory and development of a sales strategy was carried out in order to sell what was on stock.
• Carry out a market study to be able to choose the products that should be imported that would generate immediate sales, have a good profit margin and would support my sales team.
• Treat and negotiate with suppliers.
• Review and approve the budgets of the advisers.
• Coordinate and supervise with different departments the execution of projects and the delivery timeline, from import, costs and utilities, drawing plans, nationalization and installation.
• Follow up with customers in the aftersales to ensure the long-term business relationship.
• In charge of the showroom, I also watched over the opening and closing of the shop, making sure that there was no lack of supplies for the clients and that it was also kept in order and cleanliness.
