Actualmente trabajo en servicio al cliente en el hotel Secrets papagayo.
Desde hace aproximadamente 3 años brindo servicio al cliente.
I currently work at Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica where I make stay payments, currency exchanges from dollars to Costa Rican currency according to the exchange rate of the day as indicated by the bank, verification of real or false bills, petty cash management, dataphone management as well as, cash closing administration.
On the other hand, I apply my knowledge in Excel for guest data reports, data on departures, entrances, cashier counts, shared files, Word for writing letters of introduction, welcome, etc. Teams as a means of communication between colleagues, finally, Outlook for email communication between departments, adding the use of applications required by the resort such as the TCA Software Solutions program where all the verification of guest data is carried out.
Finally, customer service is paramount, complying with company standards, if it is in our hands to help and explain to the customer the steps to follow, how to proceed and how to solve it. If there is no response, it is communicated, support is search and a solution for the consumer is found.
