Computer security engineering student, graduated as a technician in software development and equipment maintenance. With experience in IT support,
server maintenance and configuration, network support, process automation using programming languages, IT purchases, remote support, virtualization.
Computer systems analyst.
Technical support to both remote and local end users through the ticketing platform (Service Desk) and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Support and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers (backups, configuration, among others).
Administration of distribution groups (Active Directory).
Administration and maintenance of Microsoft equipment, equipment such as servers and workstations, through Global Endpoint Management (server backup, MFA or two-factor authentication).
Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure (router, switch, patch panel, among others).
Management of the purchase and administration of assets and supplies for users and for the IT infrastructure.
Training in the IT area.
Facility support with issues related to IT infrastructure.
Support and administration of centralized printing systems (Equipment connected and managed simultaneously).
Development of scripts for the optimization of internal IT processes (Python and Powershell).
Experience in IT support,
