Managing the Occupational Health Clinic registered by the national insurance company INS, as class A Clinic, leader of the Ergonomic Program, including layout approvals, workstation, fixtures, and improvements design, evaluating tasks, equipment and tools, ergonomic investigation, and business units supporting. I have been responsible for coordinating and managing the Industrial Hygiene program as IHP (Industrial Hygiene Professional), the program includes noise, chemicals VOC’s, non-Ionizing and Ionizing Radiations, laser, RF, UV, magnetic and electric fields, I also represent the company as Radiation Safety Officer and Laser Safety Officer for Ministry of Health, in charge of electrical safety and LOTO program and chemicals control.
I oversee OSHA log, incidents root causes analysis, PPE selection, equipment validation process, FAT, manage part of annual department budget, and analyzed company cost reduction projects and possible HSE impacts, I am part of the Voluntary Protection Program, emergency response team coordinator, safety committee, community, and environmental services CSR. I also support kaizen events continuous improvement team strategies, loss prevention, machine safety, general safety initiatives, and BBS program (Behavior Based on Safety). In addition, I am part of the team that stablishes and review and design HSE goals, strategic plan and HSE policy deployment.
Also, during Pandemic I´m part of the core team for implementing strategies and prevention of SARS-COV2/COVID-19.Supported México and USA Facilities in ergonomics and electromagnetic fields assessment.
