Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based backend and data solutions in a cloud-driven environment.

What will your job look like?

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python
Build and optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines
Design and implement relational database schemas
Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems
Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows
Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices

All you need is...

5+ years of hands-on Python experience (OOP, async programming, testing, SQL)
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred, Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL acceptable)
Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes
Hands-on CI/CD implementation experience (GitHub Actions or similar)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks

Nice to have:

Experience with containerized applications (Docker)
REST / GraphQL API-driven development
Experience with Robot/Selenium testing frameworks
Exposure to cloud-native technologies
