Project Manager – Software Delivery

This is a high-impact role offering strong visibility across the organisation, where you will manage and coordinate one or more development teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. As the business continues to scale, this role will naturally evolve, offering long-term career growth and exposure to senior leadership and technical decision-makers.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional business teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and scale
• Coordinate internal and distributed software development teams
• Ensure accountability by tracking ownership of deliverables and leading regular project review meetings
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Monitor sprint commitments and promote strong team ownership and timely delivery
• Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and implementation-ready
• Identify and remove impediments to meet delivery timelines
• Collaborate with project teams to provide high-level estimations and develop release plans
• Align dependencies across teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project management role
• Proven experience with project management tools, reporting, and delivery tracking
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
• Technical or programming background
• Experience within the FX or financial services industry
