• Supporting teachers and administrators in meeting identified goals in math education programs, assisting the school in obtaining necessary classroom materials and other resources, assisting in the development and implementation of special programs and services as assigned.
• Advise and mentor teachers and measure the effectiveness of their teaching techniques. Educate teachers on implementing new curricula, also serve as a sounding board for teachers to express opinions and concerns about the instructional materials.

• Team-management and leadership skills. Manage and share resources between the teachers. Assign targets and time frames for teachers.
• Ability to implement a supportive and collaborative attitude. Maintain a general “open door policy” in regards to supporting and advising teachers.
