## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a long‑term part‑time assignment for a major UK‑based global life‑science organisation. You will contribute to modern cloud‑native digital solutions supporting scientific, operational, and commercial processes across multiple international teams.

Although the position is titled as full‑stack, the work is primarily frontend‑focused (around 70% FE and 30% BE), with a strong emphasis on high‑quality UI engineering and only a smaller backend scope.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who values autonomy, high‑quality engineering practices, and meaningful projects impacting global healthcare and research.

## What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain front‑end features using React
• Build robust and scalable back‑end services in Python
• Design, deploy, and integrate cloud‑native components in AWS
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision‑making
• Ensure high code quality, test coverage, reliability, and CI/CD standards
• Support continuous improvement and best engineering practices

## You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• At least 5+ years working as a Fullstack Engineer in commercial projects;
• A real comfort working in the Python language (pref. 3.x);
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React;
• Knowledge of Django (DRF and Django ORM);
• Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake or Oracle;
• Eager to work with cloud environment (preferred GCP);
• Fluent English (C1) to work seamlessly in an international environment;
• Location in Czechia or Slovakia to facilitate collaboration and attendance at occasional team meetings.

## Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Many years' experience in a similar role
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines;
• Other Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask;
• Interest in Life Sciences and Drug Discovery.

• Workload: full time
• Location: Czechia or Slovakia (remote)
• B2B contract
• Salary: 6.200-7000 CZK/MD (255-290€)
