We are looking for Lead Java Full Stack Developers

Requirement

• sStrong experience with Java development (Java SE/EE, Spring or similar frameworks
• )Solid experience with frontend development using Reac
• tProven experience in a technical leadership or lead rol
• eExperience designing and developing distributed or scalable system
• sStrong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azur
• eAdvanced, hands-on experience using AI tools in software development (beyond basic prompting

Remote vs Onsite: Hybrid – initial onsite (Cheb) presence required (2 days/week for 1-2 months), with flexibility for remote work afterward. Occasional in person team sessions / workshops / gatherings (i.e. 1x quarter) likely to take place in Prag ue
