Sales Assistant

International Study Programs has been crafting high-impact educational travel for thousands of students from academic institutions across the globe for more than 25 years. We deliver short on-the-ground or online programs for groups of mostly US business students of all levels with an emphasis on the academic and cultural experience.

Are you highly organized, enjoy helping others and have and cheerful attitude?

We are looking for someone with a desire to help and support people, someone who is organized and enjoys communication. Your main purpose would be to assist our sales team with various administrative tasks while maintaining friendly atmosphere in the department. Sales Assistant is an entry-level position with minimal experience required.

Some of your goals in the first year will include:

Provide support to the sales team and assist with daily office needs

Prepare documents, such as proposals and contracts

Plan business trips as well as internal meetings

Carry out research for the New Business Development project

Update and maintain the sales database To help you feel good and thrive in the role, there are just a few things you need to have:

High level of English (Czech language is not needed)

Work independently with strong organizational and planning skills

Be detail-oriented and reliable

Maintain positive attitude and high energy in the team

Previous experience in administration or tourism industry is an advantage
