The Role
- Develop multi-agent systems to solve complex problems in the construction industry
- Take a high amount of ownership in a startup environment
- Engineer agent harnesses for construction documents, focusing on context compression
- Build a compounding project memory system, including decision graphs
- Work with a modern tech stack (TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK)
What You'll Need
- Ability to translate user pain into solutions and measurable outcomes
- Comfort with both AI engineering and frontend development (TypeScript, React)
- Aptitude for fast prototyping and meticulous measurement
- Commitment to reliability in production environments
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and exploring new approaches
- Ability to work comfortably without predefined maps in uncharted problem spaces
