AI Red Team Tester

About The Role

We're looking for AI Red Team Testers to creatively challenge AI systems and find weaknesses. You'll try to make AI models produce incorrect, unsafe, or biased outputs so we can fix them.

Type: Hourly Contract

• Compensation: $40–$120 /hour

Location: Remote

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Design creative prompts and scenarios to test AI weaknesses
• Attempt to make AI produce incorrect or inappropriate outputs
• Document every failure mode with clear reproduction steps
• Rate the severity of issues you discover
• Collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams

Who You Are

• Creative and curious thinker who enjoys puzzles
• Comfortable thinking adversarially and testing boundaries

Clear written communication skills

• Detail-oriented and systematic in approach
• No hacking or security background required
