About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Neptune IT. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core banking platform.

Your expertise will contribute to implementing robust business processes using Java and Spring Boot, as well as creating modern, high-performance frontend components with Angular and TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with domain experts to model complex banking processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable, and testable solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in computer science or a related field, complemented by extensive practical experience. You should have very good knowledge of Java (version 11+), Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate frameworks, along with proficiency in TypeScript and Angular (version 13+).

Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle is essential, as is a good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and clean coding practices. Strong communication skills in German (native level) and English (C2 level) are required, along with a proven track record demonstrated through relevant projects, ideally accessible publicly via platforms like GitHub. Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges are highly valued traits.

Please note that this position is based at our locations in Notzingen or Schwäbisch Hall, with no remote work options currently available.

Responsibilities As a key member of our development team, your responsibilities will include implementing and optimizing business processes within our core banking system using Java and Spring Boot. You will develop modern frontend components with Angular and TypeScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

Your role involves designing and documenting system architecture, collaborating with domain experts to model banking processes, and ensuring the quality, stability, and testability of the software through tools like JUnit and Cypress. Additionally, you will participate in architecture decisions, contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery pipelines, and support the deployment and maintenance of microservices-based solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our banking platform, enabling our clients to benefit from innovative financial technology.
