Key qualifications include
- Strong expertise in SAP development, particularly ABAP/4 and ABAP Object-Oriented programming.
- Proven experience in customizing SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY).
- Experience with SAP HCM under S/4HANA / H4S4, including migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement them successfully.
- Fluent German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
- *Responsibilities**
- Technical and functional support of SAP-HCM applications, including payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
- Conducting system customizations in relevant HCM modules to align with organizational needs.
- Developing ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces to optimize system functionality and data exchange.
- Engaging in active consultation with HR and other business units to analyze requirements and develop sustainable, practical solutions.
- Participating in projects related to SAP H4S4 transformation, contributing your expertise to ensure smooth migration and integration processes.
- Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system improvements to ensure high availability and performance of SAP-HCM systems.
- Staying updated on SAP developments and best practices, and proactively recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
