About The Role We are seeking a dedicated SAP Application Developer specialized in Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our SAP support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining, customizing, and developing SAP HCM applications to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing modifications within SAP HCM modules, particularly payroll, time management, personnel administration, organizational management, and personnel development. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that SAP HCM systems operate efficiently and effectively, supporting HR processes and strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute your expertise to projects, especially those related to the migration and transformation to SAP S/4HANA and SAP H4S4 environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. You should have in-depth knowledge of SAP development, including ABAP/4 and ABAP OO, as well as extensive experience in customizing SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Development (PY).

Experience with SAP HCM on S/4HANA or SAP H4S4 platforms, including migration projects, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C1 level) are required to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM applications across a broad spectrum of HR functions. You will independently perform customizing activities within relevant HCM modules and develop ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces to enhance system capabilities.

Engaging in solution-oriented consulting, you will actively communicate with business departments to understand their needs, analyze requirements, and develop sustainable solutions. Your expertise will be vital in contributing to IVZ projects, particularly those focused on the transition to SAP H4S4, ensuring smooth migration and integration. Additionally, you will participate in testing, documentation, and ongoing system optimization to ensure high availability and performance of SAP HCM solutions.
