Role Overview

We are looking for a SaaS App Developer to join as a co-founder and take full ownership of product development. This role combines end-to-end SaaS development with core software engineering responsibilities, from architecture to deployment and scaling.

This is a founding role offering 25% equity, with no compensation until the company generates sustainable cashflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the SaaS application (frontend and backend)
• Define and implement scalable system architecture
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations
• Develop secure authentication, user management, and billing systems
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug, test, and resolve technical issues
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
• Optimize database design and performance
• Collaborate with co-founders on product features and roadmap
• Ensure a strong user experience through efficient system design
• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in modern frameworks and programming languages
• Experience building or working on SaaS products
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and system design
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently in a zero-to-one environment
• Long-term commitment and ownership mindset
