About The Role We are seeking a skilled Application Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic IT team at the earliest convenience. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous enhancement of our Microsoft 365 platform, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Your core mission will be to conceptualize, develop, and implement digital solutions that streamline and automate our business processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and data management across the organization. You will work closely with various business units to analyze their requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration within our existing digital infrastructure. Additionally, you will contribute to designing and expanding our information architectures, document repositories, and access control strategies within the Microsoft 365 environment.

This role also involves participating in transformation and migration projects, providing training and support to end-users, and ensuring best practices in digital workflows are maintained.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development or system integration, or hold a comparable IT qualification. Alternatively, a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field is acceptable.

Proven practical experience working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly with SharePoint Online, is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, demonstrating their ability to develop and optimize digital solutions. Familiarity with digitalization initiatives, process automation, and workflow enhancements is highly valued.

Strong communication skills, a structured and independent working style, and fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) are required to collaborate effectively across teams and support user adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and further develop the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing on SharePoint Online and the Power Platform tools.
• Design, develop, and refine digital solutions aimed at automating and digitizing business processes to improve efficiency.
• Engage with business units to analyze their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Build and enhance information architectures, document management systems, and permission models within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Participate in digital transformation projects, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new digital tools.
• Maintain adherence to security standards and best practices for data management and access control within the platform.
