Role Overview
My client is hiring an experienced Senior AI Engineer to take technical ownership of customer-facing AI solutions from design to production. The role focuses on building production-grade, scalable AI systems ranging from advanced RAG and document processing to agentic workflows that solve real-world operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, deploy, and maintain end-to-end LLM and agentic AI systems focusing on reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance.
- Technical Leadership: Guide architectural decisions, establish evaluation and monitoring strategies, and mentor engineering peers.
- Client Collaboration: Translate ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for customer interactions
Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience building and operating real-world AI/ML systems, including at least one production-grade agentic AI implementation.
- Technical Stack: Strong Python expertise with modern AI/LLM tooling and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Skills: Strong understanding of trade-offs across latency, cost, and quality; independent problem-solving ability in client-facing environments.
- Prerequisites: Professional German language proficiency (C1 ) and legal residency in Germany with valid work authorization.
