Backend Developer Database

This is a remote position.

Note: Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position. We are only looking for applicants who already live in Germany and speak German and English B2 or are fluent.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend database solutions for DataService focusing on optimizing complex data structures.

• Customize products for client needs within the energy sector and engage in internal product development.

• Coordinate with product and project managers to integrate feedback into the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to project specifications task planning and execution within the SCRUM framework using Jira.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of relational databases: Skilled in SQL PL/SQL Oracle PostgreSQL or similar systems.

• Data modeling expertise: Proficiency in UML and EntityRelationship (ER) modeling.

• Software architecture and design: Solid abilities in conceptual planning and software design.

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience with Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with programming frameworks (Java Spring 4 AngularJS TypeScript Hibernate Maven).

• Knowledge of energy sector processes and operations.
