About The Role We are seeking a skilled Backend-Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) to join our team in full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our proven ERP application, implementing custom solutions for our diverse client base, and developing new functionalities to meet evolving market demands.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing system architecture, coding, testing, and integrating interfaces with external systems such as suppliers and customers. You will work closely with our internal ERP team and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of new features. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software development, eager to work on innovative projects, and committed to maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a formal education such as an apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker for application development, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification. You should have solid experience in backend development, particularly with Spring Boot framework and Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

Knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular and experience with Jasper Reports are advantageous but not mandatory. A strong understanding of clean coding practices, structured development processes, and sustainable software architecture is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate enthusiasm for teamwork, alongside the ability to independently manage and drive projects forward.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Modernize and enhance our existing ERP system to improve functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement tailored solutions based on customer-specific requirements within our ERP platform.
• Analyze business needs, design system architecture, and develop new modules and features.
• Create and integrate interfaces for communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth data exchange.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support during the rollout of new features and system updates, including release management.
• Collaborate closely with the internal ERP team and external partners to ensure project success.
