About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Backend-Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) to join our team in full-time employment. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing our proven ERP applications, implementing custom solutions based on client requirements, and developing new functionalities.

Your expertise will contribute to analyzing, designing, developing, and testing innovative modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and external partners. You will play a key role in enhancing our software's performance and reliability, supporting the deployment of new features, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background, such as an apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d), a university degree, or an equivalent qualification. You should have solid experience in backend development, particularly with Spring Boot, and be proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

Knowledge of frontend development frameworks such as Angular or reporting tools like Jasper Reports is advantageous. A strong understanding of clean coding practices, structured development processes, and sustainable software architecture is essential. Additionally, you should enjoy working collaboratively within a team while also being capable of independently driving projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Modernize and enhance our established ERP application to meet current technological standards and user expectations.
• Implement and adapt solutions based on detailed client requirements, ensuring seamless integration into our ERP system.
• Analyze, design, develop, and rigorously test new features and modules to expand system capabilities.
• Create and integrate interfaces for communication with customers and suppliers, ensuring data consistency and security.
• Continuously improve existing applications through performance optimization and feature enhancements.
• Provide technical support during the rollout of new functionalities and system upgrades, including release management.
• Collaborate closely with internal ERP teams and external partners to ensure project success and system reliability.
