Backend Engineer

The Role

• Develop and enhance backend systems and APIs
• Design and implement robust interfaces and data models
• Structure and improve existing codebases
• Actively participate in code reviews for technical exchange
• Make and classify technical decisions within projects
• Contribute to the development of quality, maintainability, and teamwork
• Develop automated tests and sustainable development standards

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Proven practical experience in backend development
• Ability to make informed decisions, even with incomplete information
• Structured, diligent, and pragmatic work approach
• Desire to question existing solutions and seek sustainable improvements
• Appreciation for functional, type-safe, and maintainable software solutions
