Business Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Translate complex billing requirements from SGB V and XI into practical software specifications.
• Collaborate with product management to develop innovative and legally compliant software solutions.
• Identify market trends and legal changes early, derive necessary actions, and contribute to product strategy.
• Act as a central interface to billing partners, designing smart, efficient, and customer-oriented billing processes.
• Share expertise in webinars, workshops, and customer meetings to represent the product in the market.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in care, billing, or product management within the health IT sector.
• Completed commercial training in healthcare, as a social insurance specialist, or a relevant degree (e.g., social insurance, health and care informatics).
• Practical experience in care facilities, particularly with modern billing processes (SGB V/XI).
• Strong analytical thinking, structured working methods, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
