The Role
- Design, build, and operate PostgreSQL database services on Kubernetes
- Automate rollout and operations using GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Collaborate closely with the Managed Kubernetes team for optimal integration
- Plan and implement updates, security patches, and new product versions
- Expand and optimize additional database services on cloud platforms
What You'll Need
- Completed IT education or degree (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, computer science, cloud computing)
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and Kubernetes
- Initial experience with PostgreSQL HA solutions
- Passion and enthusiasm for Linux and OpenStack
- Very good German and English language skills
- Team player with initiative and a structured working approach
