Cloud Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to support a major GCP migration programme for a FinTech organisation.
You’ll be responsible for helping migrate existing applications and infrastructure into Google Cloud, building secure, scalable cloud environments and ensuring workloads are production-ready within a highly regulated financial environment.
Key experience:
- Strong hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
- Proven experience delivering cloud migration / modernisation programmes
- Building and managing GCP infrastructure using Terraform / IaC
- GKE / Kubernetes and containerised workloads
- GCP networking – VPCs, load balancing, DNS, connectivity and firewalls
- IAM, security and access controls
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- Monitoring, logging and observability
- Experience migrating production workloads with minimal disruption
- Strong understanding of cloud security, resilience and high availability
Experience working within FinTech, banking or other regulated financial services environments would be highly desirable.
Location: Remote
Rate: 80 euros per hour
Duration: 12 months
