We're working with a fast-growing telemedicine startup focused on improving access to dermatological care through cutting-edge technology. This is an exciting opportunity to own and evolve their internal operating environment and cloud platform, contributing to enhanced reliability, scalability, and user experience.

The Role

• Administer and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 suite including user lifecycle and license management.
• Serve as the functional owner for Atlassian Jira and Confluence, advising teams on workflow design and governance.
• Build and maintain secure, reliable integrations between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and evolve AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Design, provision, and operate infrastructure via Terraform, establishing reusable modules and standards.
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices.

What You'll Need

• Proven hands-on experience operating and improving cloud infrastructure on AWS (e.g., EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Demonstrated expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, observability, automation, release management).
• Administration experience across Microsoft 365 at a tenant level.
• Practical experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence including workflow design.
• Ability to work autonomously, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements with minimal supervision.
