We are looking for an experienced Success Program Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to join a high impact cloud transformation program supporting enterprise customers across Europe.

If you have strong Azure architecture expertise, cloud governance experience, and enjoy working closely with enterprise stakeholders to drive successful cloud adoption and operational excellence, this opportunity could be a great fit.

📍 Location: Europe Remote

📄 Contract: 12 Months

🗣 German Language Proficiency: Mandatory

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer cloud operations and governance posture
• Drive cloud transformation and migration discussions
• Conduct customer workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Identify risks, gaps, and remediation strategies
• Align customer programs with business goals and commitments
• Deliver data driven recommendations and operational insights
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams and technical SMEs
• Support cloud resiliency, governance, and service management initiatives

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Azure Solution Architecture expertise
• Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation programs
• Cloud operations, governance, and service management background
• Knowledge of FinOps and Azure cost optimization
• Experience with telemetry, health reporting, and operational assessments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ITIL knowledge is highly preferred
• Ability to run remote customer workshops effectively

💡 Preferred Background

• 5 to 10 years experience in Cloud Operations or Governance
