Control Engineer

We are seeking a Control Systems Engineer to support field operations and maintenance across an installed base of substation control systems.

This role involves commissioning, validation, and onsite support at customer substations, with extensive travel (approx. 160 days per year).

Key Responsibilities

Commission and support substation control systems (SCADA, HMI, networks, cyber security).

Perform system validation, testing, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Lead maintenance activities, fault diagnostics, and on-call support.

Provide technical guidance to customers and deliver service reports.

Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and cyber security testing.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and EHS standards.

Requirements

BSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience in substation automation, control systems, and commissioning (11 kV–400 kV).

Hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850 / 101 / 104, and cyber security testing.

Familiarity with Zenon, PACiS, or DS Agile systems.

Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver's license.
