About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (m/w/d) to join our IT team in Weeze. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize reports and dashboards, helping our teams in Einkauf (procurement), Vertrieb (sales), Logistik (logistics), and other areas to make data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with different Fachbereiche (specialist departments) to understand their requirements, design appropriate data models, and ensure the high quality and integrity of our data. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our Business Intelligence landscape and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our company.

Qualifications

While we value experience, we believe that enthusiasm for data and analytical thinking are most important. Candidates with a background in business analysis, controlling, reporting, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Ideally, you possess foundational knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools, but we are also happy to support candidates eager to learn and grow in this area.

Your ability to work methodically, analyze complex data sets, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders will determine your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build and enhance our Business Intelligence infrastructure, ensuring scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Integrate and prepare data from various sources and systems to create comprehensive datasets.
• Analyze business requirements from departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to develop tailored data solutions.
• Create and refine data models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new data tools and improve existing systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with BI trends and technologies.
