- Databricks – hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines
- Snowflake – hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing
- SQL – strong skills in writing queries and working with large datasets
WHY JOIN??
- The candidate is employed through an EOR arrangement.
- When they are assigned to a client project, they will travel to/work from the client site, approximately 4 days per week onsite.
- When the client project ends and they are on the bench, they remain employed and continue to receive their agreed compensation, even while waiting for the next client assignment.
- They may then be moved onto another client project when one becomes available.
- So the key attraction is continuity of employment/pay between projects, rather than being paid only when actively working on a client assignment.
