The testing pipeline itself has only limited to do with testing and much more to do with the integration of the various testing techniques. It consists of a web application that teams can use to register run and document their tests as well as the pipelines that then take over the actual execution of the tests. Both pipelines and web applications have to be developed which requires developer skills in Angular/TypeScript Java and Groovy in addition to knowledge of various testing tools (SoapUI Tosca Xray etc.)
