About The Role To strengthen our dynamic development team located in Wietmarschen-Lohne or Osnabrück, Rosenxt Group is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer specializing in Kubernetes and Azure Cloud. This role offers flexible working hours and the possibility of partial remote work, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure cloud infrastructures that support our critical applications and services. You will focus on automation, ensuring high availability and scalability of Kubernetes clusters and associated applications, while collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Your expertise will help streamline deployment processes, enhance security measures, and optimize operational efficiency across our cloud environments.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure management. Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are highly desirable. You should have solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Services, and container technologies like Docker.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, configuration management tools like Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub is essential. Familiarity with scripting languages including Bash, Python, or PowerShell, along with understanding security best practices in cloud environments, will be advantageous. Additionally, experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Jaeger is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes and Azure Cloud.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and other automation tools.
• Create, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps and GitHub to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Manage tools for cost tracking, security scanning, and compliance to maintain optimal operational standards.
• Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement branching strategies and workflows that support agile development practices.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for both development and production environments.
• Monitor system performance, conduct security assessments, and implement necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices to continually improve infrastructure and processes.
