An employer is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on developing IT special solutions for the global security and defense environment, as well as the security-relevant industrial sector.

The Role

Build, maintain, and continuously develop virtualized infrastructures for software development in an air-gapped environment

Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes to ensure continuous integration and delivery

Collaborate closely with software development teams and the IT department for seamless integration of new software and technologies

Implement and manage security measures to ensure system and data security

Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and processes

What You'll Need

Completed studies in computer science, a comparable education, or relevant professional experience in the DevOps field

Practical knowledge of container technology (Docker)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus

Proficient in CI/CD tools

Proficient in collaboration platforms, version control, and development environments

Good knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash

Good Linux knowledge

Very good German language skills, confident expression in speech and writing
