Your Tasks: Overall responsibility for the bar department and its smooth daily operations

Development and improvement of the beverage and cocktail menu

Working closely with the service and management team

Leading and supporting the bar team during daily service

Preparing and serving beverages at the highest standards

Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control

Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area, including equipment and glassware

Ensuring consistency of quality and service standards, as well as contributing to process improvements within the bar Your Qualifications: Berlin residence and ready-to-start status are required

Previous experience as a Head Bartender Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques

English skills are a must, German and other languages are an advantage

Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a hands-on mentality
