The Role

• Develop and enhance embedded firmware on Bare-Metal, RTOS, and Linux/Windows systems
• Independently manage software projects and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration
• Plan requirements, conduct feasibility and architecture analyses, and perform prototype testing
• Conduct code reviews, error analyses, and implement solutions following coding guidelines
• Research and implement new technologies to optimize existing systems

What You'll Need

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or equivalent education
• Experience in embedded software development with C/C++, ideally including RTOS and Embedded Linux
• Knowledge of requirements management, architectural planning, and project/code documentation
• Proficient with tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git, Jira, and Confluence
• Independent work ethic, strong teamwork skills, and good German and English language skills
