The RoleThis role is about more than managing exports - it's about building markets, forging long-term partnerships, and shaping how EMIL ÉLISE is experienced around the world.
As Export Manager, you will take ownership of our international expansion strategy, from identifying new opportunities to launching and scaling markets.
You'll work hands-on, with a high level of autonomy and direct impact on the brand's global success.
This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong international networks, and a passion for premium brands.
Develop and execute the international export strategy for EMIL ÉLISE
Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors and strategic partners
Open, structure, and scale new markets across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
Negotiate and manage distribution agreements aligned with premium brand positioning
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, forecasts, and market developments
Ensure consistent brand presentation and go-to-market execution across all export markets
Coordinate product launches, assortments, pricing, and market-specific initiatives
Act as a central interface between international markets and internal teams
Represent EMIL ÉLISE at international trade fairs and industry events
Proven experience as Export Manager or International Sales Manager in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury sector
Established international distributor and key account network (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of selective distribution and premium brand building
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Additional languages are a strong advantage
