Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and systems
- Develop and orchestrate AI agents to solve business problems
- Build backend systems to validate and optimize AI outputs
- Work closely with teams to drive efficiency through AI
Requirements
- Strong experience in applied AI/ML engineering
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI agents
- Experience building scalable backend systems for AI
- Strong product mindset and ability to solve real business problems
- Fluent German and English spoken and written
